She has dropped an impressive two stone over the last year.

And Sophie Kasaei continued to show off her newly-svelte figure as she slipped into a sexy swimsuit in Tenerife, Spain on Sunday.

The Geordie Shore star, 28, looked sensational in the sizzling one-piece which showed off her busty assets thanks to its keyhole design.

Sophie’s saucy one-piece effortlessly showed off her plentiful front thanks to it’s lace cut-out neckline.

Resting high on her hips, the number gave way to her toned legs as she frolicked poolside.

Sophie ensured she was primped and preened to perfection with a glamorous coat of make-up, while a pair of shades tamed her brunette locks in place.

Her relaxed display comes just a short while after Sophie shared an incredible body transformation post on Instagram, in which the star admitted she once endured a daily battle with food.

She confessed: ‘A year between each photos, I still forget what my my life used to be like, battling with food everyday.

‘Not ever caring what I’m putting in my mouth or having a limit. I am now so aware of what is bad and what is nutritional, don’t get me wrong I don’t “starve” or deprive myself I have treats.’

‘I just know what’s good for me and what’s not and when to stop instead of over eating!’

Also crediting her rigorous workout regime as well as her diet, she added:

‘I never used to train but I make sure I get some form of workout at least 3 times a week as well as eating a lot more fish and veg (which I used to HATE)

‘I also take my supps to curve hunger craving and boost me on my workouts!’
